1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”). The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by 180tide (@180tide on Instagram).

3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. All decisions made by 180tide regarding the giveaway are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter
To enter:

• Follow @180tide on Instagram. Ensure your Message Requests are enabled and that you allow messages from "Others on Instagram."
• Like the giveaway post. The post will be a Collaborative Post published on or about July 31, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM PST on the @180tide Instagram page.
• Comment on the post. Each unique comment counts as one entry. Duplicate or spam comments will not be counted. Unlimited entries are allowed as long as each comment is original.

Incomplete entries or those that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

5. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on or about July 31, 2025, at 3:30 PM PST and ends on August 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

6. Prize
Two (2) winners will each receive one miniature Stacks the Pancake Manta Ray Plushie, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $18.00.

No cash or alternate prize substitutions are permitted, except at 180tide’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or assigned. Each Instagram account is eligible for only one (1) prize package. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 180tide reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value. The ARV is a good-faith estimate and is final. If the actual value is less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded. 180tide makes no warranties regarding the appearance, safety, or performance of the prize. Additional restrictions may apply. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random and notified via direct message from @180tide. 180tide will contact the winners within 5 business days. Each winner must respond within 3 business days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, another winner may be selected at 180tide’s discretion. 180tide is not responsible for missed messages due to spam filters, incorrect settings, or inaccurate contact information. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned.

8. Release of Liability
By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless 180tide, its promotional partners, prize partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/marketing agencies, as well as their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”), from any and all claims or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss, resulting from participation in the giveaway or use/misuse of any prize.

9. General Conditions
180tide reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other factors impair the integrity or proper operation of the promotion, as determined at its sole discretion. In such cases, 180tide may select winners from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation. 180tide also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Attempts to undermine the giveaway may result in legal action. Failure to enforce any term of these rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate information caused by technical or human error
• Technical malfunctions including hardware, software, or network issues
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Errors in entry processing or giveaway administration
• Lost, delayed, undeliverable, or stolen entries
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use/misuse

If an entry is lost or corrupted, the sole remedy is a replacement entry if feasible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If a technical or other issue causes more prizes to be claimed than listed, only the advertised number of prizes will be awarded by random draw.

11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that:

• Any disputes related to this giveaway will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in California.
• Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the giveaway; attorney’s fees are not recoverable.
• Entrants waive all rights to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Personal Information
Any personal information collected during this giveaway will be handled in accordance with 180tide’s Privacy Policy.
