Can I alter/cancel my purchase?
Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please be certain of your order before it goes through! If there are any changes to be made to your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us.
How can I return/exchange?
For exchanges, please contact us through our Contact Form. We do not accept returns at this time.
Exchanges must be returned within 15 days of the order date. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with any applicable tags attached.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any issues. In cases of return, item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with available receipts, and must be returned within a 15 day window from delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
