Can I alter/cancel my purchase?

Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please be certain of your order before it goes through! If there are any changes to be made to your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us.

 

How can I return/exchange?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivered date for the exception of final sale items. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with any applicable tags attached. Please contact us for the return process.

Please note that any shipping charges in your order are non-refundable. 

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any issues. In cases of return, item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with available receipts, and must be returned within a 15 day window from delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
