Cancellations
- Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please be certain of your order before it goes through. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we can’t guarantee that updates can be made once an order is in process.
Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding final sale items.
 
- Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original tags attached.
- A $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale
- All products bought on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Purchases of personalized items, giant plushies, packaged food, swimwear, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Exceptions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
- Any items marked final sale are non-refundable.
