Order Changes & Updates

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order details carefully and ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • Once your order has shipped, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. For any delivery questions or address updates, please reach out to them directly with your tracking number for the most accurate assistance.

Delivery Times

  • We take 3-7 business days to process your order once placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number dating an estimated delivery date. 
  • If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
  • Domestic (USA Shipments): Items are normally delivered within 7-10 business days with standard delivery.
  • International Shipments: Items are normally delivered within 7-28 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Address

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
  • Please confirm all information is correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Orders

  • All items are shipped from California.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Once an international order leaves the U.S., any questions regarding delivery should be directed to your local customs office or postal carrier.

Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding final sale items.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original tags attached.
  • A $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale

  • All products bought on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchases of personalized items, giant plushies, packaged food, swimwear, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Exceptions

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
  • Any items marked final sale are non-refundable.
