Ordering & Shipping

Once an order is placed, there is no promise that we will be able to update your order. Please be sure your order and shipping information is correct prior to placing your order.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We take 3-7 business days to process your order after it is placed. If you purchase a pre-ordered item with ready-made items in the same order, your order will ship out when the pre-order item is ready. When your order goes out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number dating an estimated delivery date. 

Domestic (USA Shipments):

Items are normally delivered within a 1-1.5 weeks.

International Shipments:

Items are normally delivered within 10-16 business days, depending on customs processing as well. 

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the provided tracking number when inquiring about your package.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We ship your order to the address that you provide to us at checkout. Please ensure and double-check that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not liable for lost or held packages caused by incorrectly filled addresses.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All items are shipped from California, USA. The customer is responsible to know and be prepared to pay for any additional customs or import fees designated by residing country. Once an international order has left the USA, questions and concerns are to be directed to your local customs and delivery services.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please contact us through our Contact Form. We do not accept returns at this time. 

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the shipment date. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with any applicable tags attached.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any issues. In cases of return, item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with available receipts, and must be returned within a 15 day window from exchange request date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
