ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

What if I purchase a preorder and a ready-to-ship item in the same order?

Your ready-to-ship item(s) will ship out at the same time preorders are ready. If you can’t wait until then, please make two separate purchases in order to receive ready-to-ship items first!

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Can I alter/cancel my purchase?

Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please be certain of your order before it goes through! However if there are any changes to be made to your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us at sales@180tide.com.

Where do you ship from?

Everything is shipped from the Bay Area, California.

When will my order ship? 

We take 3-7 business days to process your order after it is placed. If you purchase a pre-ordered item with ready-made items in the same order, your order will ship out when the pre-order item is ready. When your order goes out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number dating an estimated delivery date. Domestic (U.S) orders are normally delivered within a week of shipment confirmation and international shipments are normally delivered within 10-16 business days.

When will my pre-ordered item ship?

Under each preorder description, the dates and estimated times will be listed below. Be sure to check there for the info!

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

All sales are final. We don’t accept refunds/exchanges. However, please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any issues. Item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with available receipts.
