ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Unfortunately once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please be certain of your order before it goes through. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that updates can be made once an order is in process.
What if I purchase a preorder and a ready-to-ship item in the same order?
Your ready-to-ship item(s) will ship out when preorders are ready. If you can’t wait until then, please make two separate purchases in order to receive ready-to-ship items first!
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently offer e-gift cards. Gift cards can be shopped here.
Can I apply multiple discount codes to one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We take 3-5 business days to process your order after it is placed. If you purchase a pre-order with ready-made items in the same purchase, your entire order will ship out when the pre-order is ready. When your order goes out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number dating an estimated delivery date.
When will my pre-ordered item ship?
Under each pre-order's product description, the specific dates and estimated times will be listed below.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number to see the most up-to-date delivery status directly from the carrier.
My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to appear after your package has shipped. This is normal and usually means your package is still being processed or in transit to the carrier’s next facility. If it’s been more than a few days with no movement, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate updates. Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is the most accurate source for delivery details and address assistance.

When will you restock?
We restock certain styles throughout the year. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter or following our social media pages, since those are the channels we notify of restock dates!
