Shipping policy

 

Once an order is placed, there is no promise that we will be able to update your order.  Please be sure your order and shipping information is correct prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

We take 3-7 business days to process your order after it is placed. Pre-order item processing time varies and the estimated times will be listed in its product description. If you purchase a pre-ordered item with ready-made items in the same order, your order will ship out when the pre-order item is ready. When your order goes out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number dating an estimated delivery date. 

Domestic (USA Shipments):

Items are normally delivered within a week. 

International Shipments:

Items are normally delivered within 10-16 business days.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We ship your order to the address that you provide to us at checkout. Please ensure and double-check that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not liable for lost or held packages caused by incorrectly filled addresses and cannot guarantee edits or changes once the order has been placed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All items are shipped from California, USA. The customer is responsible to know and be prepared to pay for any additional customs or import fees designated by residing country. Once an international order has left the USA, questions and concerns are to be directed to your local customs and delivery services.
