MEET MAPLE

A turtle whose shell is fortified by generations of discarded overburnt waffles.

Maple holds the breakfast tradition steady. She tends to the gridded side of the menu while Stacks handles the fluffy. Patient, golden, and surprisingly fast for someone made of waffle, Maple likes butter pats, slow tides, and perfectly clean syrup pours.

She’s been keeping brunch alive since the dawn of time. After all, turtles are some of the oldest creatures around, and Maple carries herself like she personally witnessed the invention of breakfast.

Some say the first waffle iron was modeled after her shell. Maple neither confirms nor denies this.

Stacks is a friendly pancake manta ray who lives in the Maldives. He is the first one to greet you when you arrive.

He made himself a badge that says Chief Welcome Officer and he wears it every day. His favorite time is the morning, and he thinks every meal should be a breakfast meal.
